Communicate. Communicate. Communicate.
Communicate. Communicate. Communicate. The communication between top management and stakeholder groups needs to be sufficient for creating and sustaining healthy organizational cultures. The leaders at the institution must explicitly pass on necessary information to all concerned so that interested parties are aware of tasks expected of them and when they are supposed to do them. It is important that communication with stakeholders does not get stuck on negative information all the time. Leaders must also make time to communicate positive achievements on a regular basis. All of this helps to engage people and enhance morale – highly engaged staff are more productive than a disconnected team. Communication and feedback are the keys to a successful working environment as they play a significant role in enhancing morale amongst the stakeholders and eventually a healthy organizational culture.
